Launch Terms

Terms of Service

These Terms of Service govern the use of Byzhop, including creator accounts, public storefronts, product publishing, platform subscriptions, and support workflows.

Last updated

April 16, 2026

Current scope

Live MVP launch copy. Final operator and legal review is still recommended as the service evolves.

1. Service Overview

Byzhop provides hosted creator storefronts, product catalog pages, tracked redirect links, uploads, CSV feed exports, and optional custom-domain support. The service is not a marketplace checkout platform and does not process end-customer orders on behalf of creators.

2. Accounts and Eligibility

  • You are responsible for the accuracy of the information used to create and manage your account.
  • You must keep your Google account secure and must not share dashboard access in an unsafe way.
  • Account creation does not guarantee immediate dashboard access. The operator may require manual approval before an account can use creator features.
  • The operator may apply anti-abuse checks or challenge verification on sensitive auth entry points.
  • You may not impersonate another person, business, or brand.
  • You may not claim reserved usernames, system routes, or names that infringe the rights of others.

3. Creator Responsibilities

  • You are responsible for the content, claims, pricing, and affiliate links published on your storefront.
  • You must only promote products and content that you are permitted to publish and advertise.
  • You must follow affiliate program rules, marketplace rules, and advertising rules that apply to you.
  • You must not publish misleading product claims, illegal content, harmful content, or prohibited offers.
  • You should clearly disclose affiliate relationships where required by law, platform policy, or ad policy.

4. Prohibited Use

  • No unlawful, fraudulent, deceptive, abusive, or infringing activity.
  • No malware, phishing pages, credential harvesting, or harmful redirects.
  • No unauthorized scraping, attack traffic, or attempts to bypass platform limits or route protections.
  • No content that creates unreasonable legal, payment, or reputational risk for the operator.

5. Plans, Billing, and Subscription Terms

  • The service may offer Free and Pro plans with different product limits and branding rules.
  • During the current launch phase, approval, activation, downgrade, or extension decisions may be handled manually by the operator.
  • If automated paid upgrades are enabled later, access changes may depend on successful payment settlement and provider confirmation.
  • Failed, expired, disputed, or reversed payments may delay or remove paid access.
  • The operator may correct billing or subscription errors, including through manual admin adjustments.

6. Content Availability and Service Changes

The operator may modify, pause, or remove features, limits, layouts, and integrations as the platform evolves. The service may also experience maintenance windows, provider outages, or temporary restrictions needed for stability or abuse prevention.

Custom-domain activation may also depend on DNS setup, certificate issuance, provider validation, and third-party infrastructure outside the operator's direct control.

7. Suspension and Termination

The operator may suspend, restrict, or terminate access when there is a suspected violation of these terms, a payment problem, abuse of platform resources, failed approval review, or material legal or operational risk.

The operator may also remove or disable specific storefronts, products, redirects, or uploads if needed to protect the platform or comply with legal, payment, or provider obligations.

8. Intellectual Property and License

You retain responsibility for the content you upload or publish. By using the service, you grant the operator a limited right to host, process, cache, and display that content to operate the platform and public storefronts.

9. Disclaimer and Liability

Byzhop is provided on an as-available basis. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, the operator does not guarantee uninterrupted service, specific search or ad performance, marketplace commission results, or third-party platform acceptance.

The operator is not responsible for creator claims, affiliate program enforcement decisions, marketplace policy decisions, or losses caused by third-party outages, ad account restrictions, or creator misuse of the service.

10. Changes to These Terms

The operator may update these Terms of Service as the product, pricing model, integrations, or compliance needs change. Material updates should be published on this page with a refreshed last-updated date.
